HazelDAVIESPassed away peacefully at the North Devon District Hospital on 25th October 2025, aged 69 years. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held at the North Devon Crematorium on Friday 28th November at 3pm.

Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired for Royal Brompton Hospital and the Alzheimer's Society, may be given at the Service or c/o W S Gayton & Son, Pickett Meadow, Fremington, Barnstaple, EX31 3UP.
